Terms governing your use of the Appify platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Appify platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal purposes, to distribute malware, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of apps and content you create. Appify grants you a license to use the platform during your subscription. Our software, branding, and documentation remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Appify is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
